Shipping policy

All items purchased from Ashley and Ollie are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  We use second class as standard.  

We charge a postage fee of £4 per order regardless of the size or weight of the items you purchase, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an express service.

We use a service providing confirmation of delivery, a signature will not normally be required, though we may vary this for high value orders.

All items shown on the website should be in stock and available for purchase and should be dispatched within 48 hours. I dispatch every day excluding Sunday, and orders are usually dispatched the morning following purchase. Occasionally mistakes are made – if an item isn’t available I will contact you as soon as possible.
